Hi, I'm Mark. I'm a former Royal Marine Commando, bodyguard and currently a self-defence instructor and online personal trainer based in Somerset. I help men and women get leaner and stronger without making them sacrifice the foods you love and fun times with friends and family.

  • Weekly Check-in / Client Video Update

    Weekly check-ins – every week you’ll give me feedback and progress reports and I’ll adjust your programme and advise you accordingly, plateaus will be a thing of the past because we’ll keep making the adjustments to keep you moving forward.

  • Weekly Feedback Video

    I’ll review your progress and tweak your training plan as the weeks progress. Track records to produce real results. You get to send me videos of your workout.

  • Unlimited Support

    Direct support from me, last minute meal plans or change to travel arrangements don’t worry, let me know and we’ll adjust your programme to make it work. Struggling with motivation, need to talk through a particular exercise or challenge your facing, simply send me a DM and I’ll help you through it.
